27 anatomies.
Watertight geometry.
Batch-ready.
Mesh Metric produces production-validated 3D anatomical segmentation outputs — STL and NIfTI — from CT and MRI volumes at batch scale. If your platform delivers raw imaging studies to AI developers, we provide the pre-segmented 3D geometry layer they need downstream.
Your clients get raw DICOM studies. Then they hit a wall.
Medical device AI teams
Need watertight STL geometry to train and validate surgical planning models. Raw DICOM studies require significant processing before they're usable as 3D training inputs.
Foundation model developers
Require pre-segmented NIfTI labelmaps as ground truth for 3D medical imaging models. Manual annotation at scale is cost-prohibitive and slow.
Surgical robotics companies
Need multi-component bone geometry across spine, pelvis, and extremities as inputs to registration and navigation validation pipelines.

Standard formats. No custom integration required.
Every delivery package follows the same structure regardless of anatomy type. Your downstream clients get consistent, format-stable assets they can ingest directly.
Watertight, topologically clean surface meshes per anatomical segment. NIfTI labelmaps carry full spatial geometry for direct use in model training pipelines. NRRD archives for Slicer-compatible workflows.
Per-case VTK composite render and per-structure ISO panels for visual QA. METADATA.json carries full processing provenance — algorithm version, inference route, QA determination, and operator sign-off timestamp.

27 production-validated anatomies across CT and MRI.
Each anatomy has completed internal validation and passed our production-gate QA thresholds. Input modality and output format are consistent across the full suite.

From a call to a delivered batch in days, not months.
Scoping call
We identify which anatomy types your clients need, preferred output formats, and batch volume expectations. No procurement process required to start.
Sample batch delivery
We process a small batch of your de-identified CT/MRI cases — typically 10–20 studies — and return the full output package within 24–48 hours. You evaluate geometry quality, format compatibility, and QA documentation before any commercial agreement.
Commercial structure
Per-case pricing or volume-tiered agreements depending on anatomy mix and batch cadence. Flat per-case rates for standard anatomies. No minimums to start.
Ongoing batch delivery
Batches delivered as tar.gz archives with consistent structure. BATCH_MANIFEST CSV included per delivery with per-case QA status, processing provenance, and volume metrics.
Local compute. No third-party cloud routing.
All segmentation runs on dedicated local GPU hardware on an isolated, offline node. There is no third-party cloud API in the inference path. De-identified studies you send are processed and returned; we retain data only as needed to complete and QA your delivery, per our engagement terms.
Accepted input formats
Let's run a sample batch.
Send us 10–20 de-identified CT or MRI studies across any anatomy from our matrix. We'll return a complete output package — STL, NIfTI, QA renders, and METADATA — within 48 hours. No commitment required.
