Legal & Compliance

Data Privacy & Integrity.

Effective Date: May 2026. This policy outlines how Mesh Metric LLC handles radiological data and the technical standards we apply to AI-accelerated, HITL-reviewed reconstruction.

1. Data Handling & Localized Processing

Protected Health Information (PHI) is not processed, cached, or stored on our public web servers. Client dataset processing is performed within a dedicated, locally-hosted Linux environment that operates offline during segmentation — client data is not routed to third-party cloud services during processing. Data we receive for a project is retained only as needed to complete and quality-check the deliverable, and is handled according to the terms of the applicable engagement or Business Associate Agreement.

2. Infrastructure Security & Encryption

Our processing environment applies security at the physical and software layers. Local storage volumes containing processing pipelines are protected with full-disk encryption (AES-256 / LUKS), and we use containerized environments for dependency isolation. Access to processing infrastructure is restricted to authorized administration.

3. Disaster Recovery & Integrity

We maintain a redundancy strategy for generated technical reference assets and use system-level snapshots to restore processing environments to a known-good state when needed. These measures support processing integrity and continuity of service.

HIPAA & Business Associate Agreements

Mesh Metric LLC, based in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, can operate as a Business Associate for covered healthcare entities and research institutions. We recognize the sensitive nature of radiological data and require encrypted, out-of-band channels for all project-related data transmissions.

We do not accept, process, or store Protected Health Information (PHI) through this public-facing website. Any clinical data transmission must occur via secured, out-of-band channels under a fully executed Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

For inquiries regarding our Business Associate Agreements (BAA), data-handling workflows, or our processing infrastructure, please contact our administration via the inquiry portal.
